You&Co is a fabulous apartment complex in a great location. The apartments are bright, spacious, equipped & clean. The staff are great, very welcoming and always available for any queries. The location is great and accessible. The complex has a pool and open terrace area for relaxing/working. There is always activities to take part in yoga, networking events, etc. As travellers we have stayed an extra month due to their EXTREMELY good prices. There are numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants very close walking distance. Overall we would highly recommend You&Co for both work and pleasure.

I liked the room set up and the large TV. It was good to have the balcony furniture to sit out on. The pool area was good.

Washing machine was a great plus for me. The location was convenient for me since I am familiar with the area and had a rental car. For first time visitors, the location could be a challenge.

Ideal place for a freelancer: a brand-new cozy room with shared kitchen and bathroom (3 rooms in a segment). Kitchen is well thought and has everything required for cooking, eating and storing the food, there is also a washing machine (7kg) and a light disassembly clothes dryer in your room . On the first floor there is a great co-working with adjacent area outside where people can work on the fresh air. Co-working has conf.call rooms for those on calls, quiet area (not really), and general space with coffee machine and water. They also have a gym, which is not large, but it has all essentials for working out and cardio. There is also a dirty room for those who like arts (I never been there), room with playstation5. Community managers are available and restlessly organize some events, and they are responsive to various requests. I believe the general age profile of the guests is around 25 years +/- 5, some people have children and pets. There is often a lot of music, fun in the pool area, there are regular parties on weekends. Everyone speaks English, but there are plenty of Russian-speaking guests.
